After our toilet backed up and overflowed, ServiceMaster Lakeshore swooped in and saved the day. My wife and I were made to feel like family and were kept up to date on everything that was taking place. We have 7 indoor pets, and they took every precaution to ensure doors were shut and safety procedures were followed. Our loss was handled swiftly and professionally by the team handling our project. This is the second time we've used them in 9 months for mainfloor water leaks into our finished basement. We had Tony and Matt both times. Came out quite quickly. Very nice, neat, and took time to find out what we needed. Cleaned up after themselves, and returned daily to check on progress. We are very pleased with their thorough job. Hopefully, we won't have to call them again, but we definitely recommend them.

After a recent rain, water saturated new pad and carpet in a basement bedroom. Both a State Farm Insurance agent and a neighbor who had a positive ServiceMaster experience suggested I contact ServiceMaster. An appointment to remove the pad and extract water was scheduled asap. The technicians arrived promptly, professionally explained the process of spraying to prevent mold/removing water, and efficiently took care of business. They frequently checked on progress and diligently made sure everything was satisfactory before removing equipment. I was impressed with the reasonable price charged, procedure followed to save my carpet/protect from mold, and empathy expressed. I also appreciated the personal touch and understanding added to this service. I recommended ServiceMaster to friends/family and would gladly use them again!
