Very satisfied with my experience
I had a roof leak that required removal of the damaged ceiling, sheet rock, and a drying out of the area where the leak was. Fans and a dehumidifier were set up, and the area was taped off and sealed with plastic sheeting. Austin came every day to check with a moisture meter on the progress. Austin always called on his way over, was always polite and respectful, and was very knowledgeable. It took two weeks for the area to become dry enough and pass inspection. I am very satisfied with my experience with ServiceMaster.

Invaluable water remediation process
ServiceMaster has been invaluable throughout our water remediation process as well as our upcoming rebuild; we had water damage in our kitchen and from the beginning, they reacted quickly to stop further damage and walked us through each step, which really has put our minds at ease with an otherwise stressful process. Top notch and came to the rescue
These guys are top-notch and came to the rescue on my kitchen, which had my dishwasher that had been leaking for who knows how long. There was amazing communication and multiple options given and excellent quality of work. Definitely call these people when it comes to anything restoration. I went through a shocking experience with water damage. I thought it was a simple fix. Surprise, it was a disaster! When ServiceMaster came in and informed me of the damage and that I had to leave immediately for my safety. I'm sure I wasn't easy to convince of the seriousness of my situation. They handled everything so professionally including my terror at what was, and had happened to my home. They are not only professional but also kind, compassionate, and understanding of the trauma when your home becomes uninhabitable. We had water damage in our kitchen and family room that resulted in the removal of the damaged cabinets, drywall, and laminate flooring. They were extremely responsive to my needs; they completely enclosed the area that sustained the damage with heavy plastic from ceiling to floor so that any mold spores would not contaminate the rest of my house. They brought in 8 fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the kitchen and surrounding damaged areas. I had contact with not only Ryan, the owner, but more often, his supervisor, Taylor Fram. He walked me through the entire process. He was GREAT! He answered all of my concerns. At times I had up to 8 ServiceMaster workers here. All of them were so polite, helpful, and most of all, trustworthy! They packed up my furniture, fragile china, and crystal with the greatest of care and protection.
