Cannot say enough about this group. Margaret and her entire team did such an amazing job working on our home after a remodel that required extensive cleaning. These individuals did not miss an inch from floor to the ceiling, literally. Walls, ceilings, vents, individual items and contents, carpet… the list is very long and they covered everything. She walked around keeping tabs on anything that got missed. This project had been very stressful, and thanks to these guys a heavy weight was lifted off of our shoulders. They care about their work and I can only say that their integrity and commitment to getting this job done and done well is forever appreciated. We will be recommending this group of individuals, especially to anyone and everyone.

Our family was in need of help following Hurricane Baryl. I made three important calls that day. The first was my insurance company, the second was my lawn service guy to help remove the tree that struck our home. The last call I made was to my friend Stan Hollibaugh at ServiceMaster. Stan assured me that we could handle what was coming next, but we needed help from him and ServiceMaster. It took us almost a year to repair damages and remodel the inside of my home. I have tons of photos, but these really show the major differences in our home. I trusted Stan and ServiceMaster and, in the end, we are grateful for all of the work and sacrifices made to get us back home. I had a need for a deep cleaning of my power wheelchair and after several failed attempts at finding a company that could do what I needed I found ServiceMaster TRS through Google. I called and was told, yes, we have a fogger system and can clean your wheelchair. Margaret came out the next day (today) and did an amazingly thorough job. I’ve been thinking about doing a deep cleaning once or twice a year, and after today I think at least once a year I’m going to have y’all come out and do a deep cleaning to get what normal cleaning doesn’t. One complaint, I wish they would keep the same people on the same job. Work was still good, just seemed weird they would send out new people to a job that they had never seen 3 days into a remediation. Regardless of this, fully remediated in 4 days, with some oversight.
