My insurance company referred them and they did an outstanding job overall. The people who packed my entire house and unpacked felt like family and treated us with respect as well as our belongings. From the move out to the replacement and repair of items and cleaning up after the work was done. A great team. The office staff could work on communication and returning phone calls. It may not feel important to the office staff, but an individual going through this process doesn’t and should not wait a week for a return call and continue to call for follow up.

I have no idea what this all cost and thank goodness for insurance. We would use them again but hopefully will never have to. Thank you.

I moved to Austin, had plumbing damage, and remembered how excellent Service Master was when I lived in Dallas. I realized they might have locations in Austin. I went looking after getting a significant estimate from a company the plumber recommended. It turned out they are here, and it also turned out that it was the best call I made.
The professional did an excellent job, was on time, and had clear communication. He did a great assessment of the damage. Without Service Master, I'd still have a hole in my ceiling!

DFW ServiceMaster Team Went Out of Their Way
The DFW-based ServiceMaster team went out of their way (literally) to help after our central Texas house was hit by a tornado. First Stephen, and then Matt, were very professional, responsive, and helpful, arranging for roof coverage, then mitigation of further damage, and following along with the demo.
