I had a sprinkler head burst at my baseball facility. 30,000+ gallons of water poured out onto the turf and other flooring. ServiceMaster was there within the hour and worked tirelessly extracting water, drying, and sanitizing my facility. I was back up and running in a few days thanks to ServiceMaster. Without them, I don’t know where my business would stand. I can’t recommend them enough!

Our Entire Home Was Returned to Perfect Condition Dec 19, 2025

I recently called Service Master South Shore to come to my home and remediate moisture from steam and water that had covered underneath my floor, in my crawl space from a ruptured heating line. Steam and water had been pouring into my crawl space as well as into a cement block utility room for a couple of weeks without our knowledge. When we identified the problem and had the pipe fixed, I contacted Service Master South Shore to see if they could help me. They had technicians on scene the next day to assess the situation and start the remediation process. They were under the house and in my utility room in 15 degree temperatures, setting up fans and dehumidifiers. They used water meters to gauge the moisture penetration and determined they could solve the problem. Some mold had started to form on the ceiling of the utility room and moisture had saturated into the wood. Within in a five day period all moisture was removed from the crawl space as well as the utility room. The ceiling mold was removed and the wood was hand cleaned and treated. Our entire home was returned to perfect condition without a trace of moisture. I want to thank Casey, the Manager and his crew, as well as the hands on Owner of this Company, Skip Fryling, who has built an incredibly reputable and professional Company. I am truly grateful to these professional for the quick and seamless job they did. Everything was immaculate when they left and there was not a hint that we ever had an issue. Casey also handled all the necessary paperwork, reports, photos, etc. that my insurance company required, eliminating that burden from us. Service Master South Shore will be my first call in the future if I ever have an unexpected emergency that they specialize in. I cannot recommend ServiceMaster of the South Shore highly enough... and it is because of their project manager, Corey Mackin. We recently had a flood in our home from a washing machine malfunction. Corey was at our door within minutes of the call that night and then had his team there 15 minutes later. The team all worked very diligently under Corey's direction to get our home ready for the renovation. Although my husband and I were extremely upset about the situation, Corey remained calm. His knowledge was so evident every step of the way throughout the process as he worked with the adjusters and the contractor he was able to recommend. We appreciated his thorough understanding of each task he was able to complete for us and above all the kindness and respect he showed us continuously. You can learn a skill but the way Corey conducts himself personally is a real pleasure to deal with, especially when you are frantic because your home is in turmoil... and especially during the holidays, the added stress was just tremendous. Corey Mackin was truly a Godsend to us and is absolutely an asset to ServiceMaster of the South Shore, Inc.

ServiceMaster did an excellent job dealing with the water damage I had a few weeks ago. They were fast on schedules to prevent more damages. Corey is amazing; he is so professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me from day one on what to expect and how long it may take. He goes above and beyond for each concern you may have! Ryan is a good hard worker. He took care of our dog during his lunch break; he would walk our dog too, so I really appreciate his help. Walter is a hard worker too; he also recommended someone for lawn mowing, which I needed. So I really got great service and dealt with good people that I really appreciate their help so much. All of them were so professional.
