This is the third time that I have had to use them. I had a damaged roof due to a part of a tree falling on my house and rainwater was coming into my house. They were very prompt in coming out. They came back every day to check the moisture in the house and did not remove their equipment until it was all gone. Braxton and Siri were very professional and courteous. After notifying our insurance company that we had water damage in our bathroom, we immediately were contacted by ServiceMaster and a visit was scheduled for a technician to check it out. The technician, Braxton, came to our house and did a thorough check of the area. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. The Manager, Jared Lostracco, followed up to check on the progress of our claim. Jared and Braxton have been very helpful in getting this problem resolved.
