We had a water leak involving the garage and rec room. ServiceMaster came, checked out drywall in both areas, detected moisture/mold in both, removed drywall and carpet in affected areas, and installed drying units. They called every day to set appointments to check dryness for eight days until finally dry. Men were very courteous, polite, and knowledgeable of their job. 100% recommend ServiceMaster of Allegany County!

I have used Service Master twice in the past 5 months in my house and am extremely satisfied. The first time, I was devastated with basement flooding (after the May storms caused flooding in our area), and them for clean up, and next for mold restoration related to the same. Prompt response and great staff. Highly recommended. We had a small electrical fire that put a smoke smell throughout the house. After a few days, the smell mostly faded but lingered in a couple of rooms. After the staff came and cleaned the AC ducts, the remaining odor disappeared.
