I cannot say anything about the company, but the individual I dealt with (TW) was timely for appointments, willing to help assess a tricky situation, forthright, and, above other things, honest about what he saw and what the company could and could not do. Having experienced the Palisades fire, my neighbor was using ServiceMaster to help with their remediation and was happy. So even though I was nearly finished with my clean up and remodel, I had them completely clean and disinfect my entire garage, which was an area of concern.
