Mold Remediation Is Not Cheap
I am so grateful that I chose Service Master in Redding, CA for MOLD REMEDIATION. My faucet sprung a huge leak and the cabinets underneath were soaked! Yikes! I called Service Master and Patty was super helpful. The next day, Michael Rothrock came out and assessed the situation. He answered my many questions and he guided me throughout the entire process from start to finish. I called Michael a few times and he ALWAYS got back to me to address my concerns. MOLD REMEDIATION is not cheap; it is a meticulous and scientific process, for sure. Ryan Gilleon came out to do the work and he was FANTASTIC! Ryan explained everything and he was professional, pleasant and very kind. He also took the time to educate me about mold infestation and why the process is so involved. Brittany in the finance department has been great to work with. When the stuff 'hits the fan' & you need help with a disaster--large or small--call Service Master in Redding!

ServiceMaster to the Rescue
We had a tenant who left the apartment full of fermenting garbage and trash. ServiceMaster came to our rescue! We were so impressed with the work they did in clearing out the rental, which was basically a biohazard. Everyone we worked with, from Patty, who helped get the ball rolling, to Ryan, who did the inspection, to Michael, who worked very hard to set up the local work in a way that would work with our limited budget. The 'A Team' crew of Katie, Kelly, Eddy, and lead Terry worked amazingly hard. They brought up two large trucks and in one day hauled out 4.5 tons of garbage. The whole experience of working with this ServiceMaster team was great. Everyone was professional and kind. We would totally recommend them and will use their services again should the need arise.

Second to none!
Yesterday had to be one of the most terrifying moments in life. Our home was on fire. Of course, I called my home insurance company (AAA), who sent me a huge hug in the form of the 'ServiceMaster Restore' company. Ryan G. drove up the mountain to come rescue us! The first thing he did was extend his hand and identify himself. That’s when I knew I could exhale. He explained everything he was going to do and continued by filling us in on the process over the next couple of days. I was emotionally exhausted when Ryan with ServiceMaster Restore literally began picking up my pieces. The professionalism, rapid response, along with Ryan G.'s pristine knowledge of water and fire damage has been nothing short of my saving grace. He even informed us of who would come next, when that person would be here, and what to expect. If you ever find yourself in a difficult situation, just know that this company is second to none! #ServiceMasterRestore from Redding, CA! BTW… they picked up and hauled off the burn debris pile. We came home from a recent vacation to a burst hot water line in our kitchen. Our hardwood floors were all buckled and lifting. Our kitchen island literally burst open at the joints! Ryan and his team from ServiceMaster were here within an hour of my call. They took up our flooring, dismantled what was left of our kitchen island, and placed fans and dehumidifiers throughout. Ryan went above and beyond every single day! They stopped the spread of the damage and prevented any mold. They were always professional, courteous, and supported us completely through the process. These guys are heroes! They jumped in and fought for me during our house sale disaster! Home purchase got ruined by a failed refrigerator water valve that went unchecked through the delays at the very end of the process.
These they found ways to help me all the way to the end. They didn’t just fix the problem; they heard my story and understood what I needed. I could be in a hugely difficult place right now if not for them.
