ServiceMaster was hired by our insurance company to store our furniture while our home was being repaired. Luis and Camilo were amazing from start to finish. On day one, they took photos of every room and handled all our belongings with so much care. They managed to move everything out in just three days!
I took a few days off work to make sure everything was packed carefully, but after seeing how professional and detail-oriented they were, I felt completely comfortable letting them finish on their own. They kept great communication throughout the process and even sent me a full photo report of everything that was packed and stored, which really gave me peace of mind.

The Project Manager and crew arrived within just a couple of hours and quickly extracted all the water from our basement. Since this was our first time dealing with something like this, the Project Manager took the time to clearly explain the entire process, which really helped ease our worries. Communication was excellent throughout, and the crew that came by each day to monitor the drying process was knowledgeable, professional, and kept us updated on the progress. My wife and I are so thankful we found this company; they restored our home beautifully, and it truly looks like nothing ever happened. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about the ServiceMaster team who helped me after my recent flood. From the very first day they arrived, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. They set up the dehumidifiers, answered all of my questions with patience, and kept me calm during a very stressful and overwhelming time.
Over the past week, they also handled my pack-out with so much care and respect. We had a water line break in our kitchen and placed a call to ServiceMaster Restoration Services immediately. They showed up at our door 2 hours later with all their drying equipment. Immediately they had 15 dryers and a couple of dehumidifiers in our basement, which is completely finished with wall-to-wall carpeting. They also put floor mat drying devices and a large dehumidifier in our kitchen, which has a wooden floor. From the moment they arrived, Tim and his team, which consisted of Jenn, Brandon, Luis, and Hector, were the most professional, personable, and knowledgeable people we have ever dealt with. They were extremely supportive of us with this disaster in our home. Each one of them spent time explaining every stage of our cleanup. They arrived each day exactly when scheduled and included us in all their readings. Jenn was in charge of our demo day and was just as professional and respectful of our home as during the drying days. She prepared the area and demoed only what was absolutely necessary. She even set up drying stations again to make sure every area was absolutely dry. God forbid if this ever was to happen again, we would absolutely reach out to ServiceMaster Restoration Services.
