The water heater at my home leaked and flooded the bottom floor, which consisted of three bedrooms, two baths, a great room, and storage. I called ServiceMaster, and from that first call, I had nothing but excellent service. They coordinated with my insurance company to ensure all my belongings and all the damage was appropriately compensated. They handled all the repairs and stayed in constant communication with me. When things weren’t right, they fixed it—no questions. I couldn’t be more impressed. I highly recommend Noel and the Salem team.

We had a major loss following a leak in a water supply hose that went undetected for at least one week. Initially, I was skeptical that Restoration Services was the right fit to put our coastal home back together. But Noel and his group won me over by making every aspect of this experience easier for us. They helped us negotiate with our insurer, understood why difficult-to-obtain materials were necessary to make us whole, and did a great job restoring the aesthetic of our home with good craftsmanship.

Positive and extremely helpful
We had some flooding due to a pipe leak in our home; bedroom & bathroom were a mess. Mark is who I spoke to regarding demo, and he had someone here expediently. The young man who did the demo was Kyler. I cannot say enough about him; he was always smiling, always positive, and extremely helpful, especially in helping us find someone for the repairs, he was awesome! I dealt with Shawn in regards to 'pack out' and the 2 young men who came, Louis & Devon, got everything packed out in short work. When we couldn’t get a response from our agent about alternate living arrangements, they took apart and reassembled our bed into the living room. Thank you, Shawn, for that suggestion. Inconvenient, but worked out great. Thank you ServiceMaster!

Flood in My Kitchen
I woke up the night after completing a remodel to a flood in my kitchen.
I called on my good friend Alicia Self who quickly got in touch with the water team.
Within a few hours Bryce arrived and began assessing the damage. Within a few minutes Darin arrived with a few others and began their work.
