When I found 3" of water everywhere in my basement, I panicked. I had no idea how to solve this mess. But ServiceMasters are pros! They knew exactly how to start the remediation process. Amar Mawusi knew more about the problem than the plumbers! Alfredo Rodriguez and Tyler Stewart worked all day hauling wet carpet and padding up and out of the house. They were calm, kind, and so professional, even after a 13-hour day!
They came every day to do moisture readings and left me in a much more manageable place. I am so grateful they came.

I would just like to share my positive experience with ServiceMaster, whom I called due to a leaking sprinkler head that flooded my living room and basement office. The crew of Freddy, Ganbold, Eric, and Tyler were most pleasant and professional. I had to bake them a couple of pizzas and provide them beverages—they worked so hard—I couldn’t bear to eat before I knew they did. With Eric's forward thinking of applying air to my living room floor from the basement, it removed the need to tear up my living room floor. This crew was amazing and I greatly appreciate them all.

We recently had water damage and contacted a few mitigation companies. Olushola with ServiceMaster seemed very knowledgeable as compared to others who had come by. He also didn't suggest unnecessary demolition or removal of things. We requested them to start right away. Olu sent his team right away on a weekend to start on the project. Freddy and Ganbold were the team leads and they were very attentive to every detail and request. Their response time was immediate or ASAP. Freddy and Ganbold never argued but instead listened to our concerns and found ways to resolve any issues. They prioritize customer satisfaction by imagining themselves in the customer's situation. They are on top of their game and always want to ensure and strive for customer satisfaction and the customer's peace of mind. Freddy and Ganbold are excellent team leads; they are on the quieter side but highly focused on their work and a job well done above and beyond the customer's expectations.

I just want to thank ServiceMaster for all their hard work. Brianne, Freddy, and Ibrahim have been absolutely amazing. Freddy has spent time making sure we understand what is going on. He always takes the time to work with us on every aspect of the job. He and Ibrahim have gone out of their way to make sure that the job is being completed with as little inconvenience to us as possible. We have been dealing with a water leak that has turned into a mold issue. Unfortunately, this has affected 2 levels in our house. They have gone above and beyond to try to make this as painless as possible. They have worked with our insurance company to ensure that things are being done correctly and all damage is being addressed.
