I just had major sewer damage done to my property due to a sewer backup in my town from a recent storm. It was 18” high throughout my finished basement. These guys traveled a super long distance to help the people in my area. They were extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and did way more than I thought they would. They went out of their way to fix and educate me in every thought and concern. I thought this would take days. I can’t believe how much they did in one day. They dedicated their day to my property and didn’t give up. They left their equipment here to keep doing its work, and they’ll be back to make sure it’s safe for us again. I highly recommend them! They worked with my insurance company. Very pleased!

Adam and his team helped me clean up a crazy fiberglass incident in my home. I lost almost everything I owned and was heartbroken. Adam was super hands-on and walked me through the process of removing all the fiberglass and informed me on personal items that could be kept vs. items needed to be thrown out. During the recent weekend storm and power outage, our main sump pump could not run. Unfortunately, our water backup system also did not function, and our entire finished basement received water. When we discovered this, we called ServiceMaster, who responded within 45 minutes to evaluate and then called in a team to begin the mitigation process. They stayed with the project till 9 pm that evening to get the dry-out process started. They have been here every day since to complete the tear-out necessary and to evaluate and adjust the drying sequence. We are now dry and ready to begin the restore/repair phase. This group has been excellent to work with, thus far, in every aspect. I highly recommend their services.

We had the pleasure of meeting Nick & Adam when we had an emergency water leak from the unit above. They showed up the same day we called them and were both amazing to work with! We had a lot of questions on how everything was going to work with the insurance company and they were very helpful! We continued to work with Adam and he showed up and got everything dried out and restored quickly & efficiently. We continued to call Adam with questions and he responded promptly. We came home from FL on a Friday night at 6 p.m. to find our basement under 3 ft of water. It turned out the check valve on our sump pump broke off flooding our basement. I called Nick first thing Saturday morning, after a friend of mine recommended Nick and his company. When I asked Nick if myself, my husband, and family members could help keep the cost down (with their guidance) since our insurance co denied our claim, he didn’t hesitate and assured me he and his operations manager Fred would do what they could to keep the costs down. Which they did!
Fred, the operations manager, came out that same day to assess the situation and come up with a game plan. He shared what our priorities should be for the day and scheduled the crew to come out first thing Sunday.
ServiceMaster crew, including Dumpster Dan, from start to finish performed a great job in the field. The crew and Dumpster Dan were very professional and friendly. We had lunch together with ServiceMaster crew and enjoyed getting to know them. Their experience allowed for seamless coordination in regards to work performed by us the homeowners.
Nick and Fred were amazing to work with throughout the entire experience.
We are very pleased with the reasonable cost for the service provided to help us get our basement back to a normal dry state.
