Imagine going out to a nice dinner for four hours with your wife. You get home, take off your shoes, and step into water trapped under your carpet: This was us as we discovered our master toilet had overflowed and water spread into three rooms.
Here we are, scrambling to see who we could get out to our home late in the evening hours: Serve Pro wasn't available for a few hours, but ServiceMaster came through immediately with three commercial-grade fans and two dehumidifiers. After a couple days, they returned with a vacuum and sucked up all the residual water.
Due to their prompt response, we easily saved thousands of dollars in damage and repairs.

It started with a slow water leak under my laundry room sink that stayed unnoticed for some time. Once the leak was discovered, it was too late, mold had set in and my walls were saturated. We had noticed some sinus irritation for a few months but thought nothing of it and blamed it on the changing seasons. Little did we know that our sinuses were being subjected to the mold growing in our walls. Upon finding the water leak, Shawn with ServiceMaster was called to inspect the area for damage and create a path forward. Shawn blew my mind with the amount of knowledge he has for this industry. I had no idea how bad the mold could affect my family’s well-being. Shawn and his crew made a quick cleanup of the area, spent a few days drying out all the saturated walls, and got rid of the mold! And guaranteed it would not come back! We had a hose bib water line leak in our master bedroom exterior wall from the February 2021 freeze and power loss. Service Master was one of two service companies my insurance provided me to call for water damage source discovery and cleanup, so I had a 50/50 chance of picking a great service team or something less. Fortunately, I picked this Service Master team. Their equipment, knowledge, ethics, and remediation techniques make them the ‘go-to’ company for ensuring the cleanup and restoration after a water leak is professionally executed. Water damage has the potential of destroying the value of your home if remediation is not correctly and completely performed. I trust this Service Master franchise, and if I have future need of this type of service for our home, this is the team I am bringing in.
