With our entire basement of our first new home filled with a flood and many items damaged, we were reassured and taken care of every step of the way. Our items that were able to be saved were all packaged and itemized with care and organized in a way that left us less overwhelmed when we were able to set our things back up in our home. Everything was handled with our homeowner's insurance, and we were guided through that process as well—even taught a few things we didn't know. There was a high-speed collision at my house. Hit and run causing damage exceeding $13,000 to the foundation and immediate area. No fatalities, but the criminals fled on foot. The investigation is ongoing.
The insurance company, USAA, had an existing relationship with ServiceMaster by Tekton, which is how I met Esdon and Paul. Initially, Esdon was in charge of the project, and Paul took over when Esdon became unavailable. The transition was seamless. The team took great care and effort to restore the foundation, siding, and drainage to the way it was before the collision. As if it never happened.
There were anticipated and unanticipated delays to get started. Once the repair team was onsite, the estimated time to complete repairs was three to seven days. The actual time it took to complete repairs was two days. The timing was critical due to imminent winter weather, which brought temperatures to below zero.

We had a tree come down this fall on our roof and destroyed our back porch. Esdon and Paul managed our restoration and were very responsive and empathetic to our situation. It was a great relief to finally have it accomplished
I did not have to do anything to prepare for this. They moved all my items to clean and paint my basement floor after I had some water damage done to it. They then moved all the items back to their proper places after the floor dried. This was all done when I was out of town and it was a great relief to finally have it accomplished without me lifting a finger. Thank you, thank you. Quick and good quality work
In the spring, we started having water leaking into our bathroom through the ceiling without warning. We had a toddler in the house, and it was a mess. We had another company come and drag their feet, making the problem only worse. Our insurance agent suggested ServiceMaster to us. If insurance didn't give us a few road bumps, what ServiceMaster did was quick and good quality work. My neighbor, who is also a contractor, was very impressed with the roofing team. Paul, the contractor, was always quick to answer any questions we had and reassuring, whereas the initial company we almost went with was not. They kept us updated every step of the way with what was happening and what was going to happen. I wanted to wait to do a review to see how the work lasted over the winter months, and they did indeed do an excellent job. Paul Glass was the Project Manager. He made sure I had the best crews for my specific problem, and they all communicated with me every step of the way, explaining the process and listening to my questions. Mitch and Kolby Walker finished the demo and did a beautiful job of putting my home back together. They are quality craftsmen with such varied skills. I don’t want to forget the initial team that completed the remediation. They were top notch as well.
