This is a really friendly and knowledgeable company. I called them about some issues I was having at my house, and even after hearing that I wouldn't be using them and that I would be trying to resolve it on my own, the gentleman stayed on the line to give me as many tips as he could to help me through the process, as I'm not really good at this type of stuff. So he advised me on the correct way to do things so that while I am attempting to do it. Uh, very friendly, a knowledgeable company.

Thankful for Steve and his crew
We had a flood in our home early on a Sunday morning. We called ServiceMaster, and we set a time for them to arrive early Sunday morning. The supervisor, Steve, was on time, explained how everything worked, and proceeded to work and get the job underway. He called two other guys for help, and they took up all the wet flooring, put a bunch of fans throughout our home to get it dried out. Steve went back the next several days to check the moisture level. We are thankful to Steve and his crew, along with the ServiceMaster team, for their diligence in a well-done, friendly attitude job.
