I just want to take a moment to express my appreciation for the wonderful service this company has provided to my family. I have no words to express my gratitude to this awesome company. Since the moment I met them, I have been so impressed by the professionalism and kindness they have shown to my little family. It was astonishing to see the humanity they all showed us during such a difficult time in our lives.

We had an emergency where a sewer line malfunctioned and redirected sewer water inside our building. Cesar immediately came to the rescue on a Saturday night. Just recently, our water heater broke and leaked out onto our walls and floors, damaging them extensively. Right away we called ServiceMaster Restoration by Empire to do the water mitigation. The owner, Cesar Chimely, came out to our house the same day we called. He did a very detailed inspection of the damage and informed us of what they would have to do. We agreed, and Cesar had his water mitigation team dispatched to our house later that very same day. His team started immediately and had parts of the walls and floors that were damaged removed quickly and temporarily installed air movers and dehumidifiers in the areas that were affected. Throughout the whole process, Cesar and his team were very respectful, professional, and updated us on every detail that was required to finalize the water mitigation. My husband and I were very satisfied with all their work. So much so, we decided to let ServiceMaster Restoration by Empire do all the renovations to our home. We would like to thank Cesar and his team for all their hard work and dedication to fixing the problem. Great job.

We needed repairs done in our house after a leaking water heater caused damage to our floors and walls. I contacted Cesar Chimley with ServiceMaster Restoration by Empire for an estimate and his input on repairing our damaged areas. He easily explained to us in detail how the process would take place and gladly gave us suggestions to help us decide on replacement material items for the repairs.
