They showed on the day and time we expected, we were kept in the loop without prompting, the QUALITY and THOROUGHNESS was all we could hope for… and then the billing was clear and what we expected. We’ve unfortunately had more than one flood to deal with over the past couple of years, and each time ServiceMaster DSM has been an absolute lifesaver. After our home flooded from a burst pipe, they handled the cleanup and restoration with such professionalism and care that we knew exactly who to call when our rental property’s basement flooded.
Their crew arrived quickly, assessed the damage, and immediately got to work cutting out drywall, cleaning, and drying everything out. They were thorough, respectful, and incredibly reassuring during a very stressful situation. They also took care with our family pets and carefully positioned the blowers and dehumidifier that they brought in order to minimize the noise for our dogs. Every member of the team was professional and kind, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure the space was safe and completely dried out.
I can’t recommend ServiceMaster DSM enough. They’ve helped us through two major water disasters now, and both times their service, communication, and compassion were outstanding. We certainly hope we don’t need to call upon them again, but would recommend highly to anyone in need.

Meticulously Got Rid of Every Bit of Mold
We had mold all in our attic. ServiceMaster Restore sent a team out, and they cleaned it all out for us! Steve, Nate, Jack, Mack, and Jose came out, and the whole team worked on our house for 3 days and meticulously got rid of every bit of mold we had! They put up safety barriers and took precautions to keep our family safe as well! I highly recommend them if you have something as scary as black mold! We can finally be at ease knowing it’s all gone!

Phenomenal and punctual service
Had massive sewer flooding in my basement and I called ServiceMaster Restoration by D.S.M. Mack answered the call and he would've been there within the hour with a helping hand if I didn't have a prior engagement. That's how phenomenal and punctual he was. He came the next day with his crew Nate and Jose in tow and they got straight to business assessing what was needed and starting on the job. They ensured air quality was fine and even went above and beyond to ensure no smells seeped through when they had to return to finish the job.
Mack was great as my point of contact and kept me updated through texts, calls, and would've probably sent out a message pigeon if needed. Nate and Jose were extremely professional as well fantastic as well. I'm giving them 5-star review because a 6-star review option doesn't exist. Fantastic Job.

The immediate stress and uncertainty were compounded by the fear of long-term damage. That's when ServiceMaster by DSM stepped in, and it was an absolute game-changer. From the moment we contacted them, their professionalism and empathy were evident. The owner, Rob, came out to our home the same day we called. His team's rapid response time was crucial in mitigating further damage. Rob sent his technicians, Robby & Mac, over immediately. They arrived quickly and got to work right away. They were knowledgeable, skilled, and respectful of our home. They even put booties on over their work boots to avoid bringing more dirt into the house, and they helped move furniture and were extremely tolerant of our dogs, who were upset by the noise and commotion. Furthermore, they explained the drying process clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and worked diligently to extract the water and dry out the affected areas. Mack, Rolly, and Robby from ServiceMaster provided me with great and proper service at all times. From my estimate up to the completed restoration work, they were all thorough, honest, and assuring. I had a mouse infestation. Surfaces and insulation had become damaged or contaminated. Insulation was replaced, and the contamination was cleaned up and sanitized. Mike and his team took care of us when we found mold in our basement and again after a big storm knocked a giant oak onto our place. They dealt with the complications of getting insurance approvals, and we couldn’t be happier with the work they did to make our place look even better than it did before the storm.
