Can I Give Scott Smith 10 Stars?
Can I give Scott Smith and his team 10 stars? A burst pipe and completely flooded basement were not in our plans this week. Scott and his team have been nothing short of amazing. They have worked tirelessly to remove the inch or so of water, tear out all of the carpeting, and tear down drywall, and have done so with smiles on their faces. We are so very grateful!

He was onsite within the hour to inspect the unit so he could provide an accurate quote. After, he had a team scheduled to complete the job within two days. His customer service was above average. I had ServiceMaster provided for us by our insurance after our roof leaked and they needed to take down some ceiling drywall to be replaced. They are the most respectful and knowledgeable people I've had do any work in our house. I couldn't be more pleased with them! Absolutely amazing!! Came in the wee hours of the morning - Scott, Art, Rockford crew, and everyone who came to help out was simply amazing! Professional at all times. Hard workers and fast! We had septic waste in our house for over 1,000 sq ft, and it was gone in 5 hours. They worked great with insurance and making sure everything was covered so we wouldn’t get a big bill. We will only use them for all our needs!

Both technicians did a terrific job. They cleaned up our water damage quickly. Scott explained everything in detail. He answered all our texts in a short amount of time. He is knowledgeable and just an all-around pleasant person. Excellent!
