A Most Phenomenal Experience
I had an overall most phenomenal experience with this company. The cost was expensive, but worth every penny.
I was thoroughly impressed with the Project Manager, Josie. She hauled boxes in and out, toted one end of furniture, and worked right along with the best of the men who were her "crew".
It is unfortunate that her "team" was not as good as she was. Had they been, the job would have most likely taken a day or even two less to accomplish. It is fairly obvious that most of them are "day workers" because their attitudes showed it. Had I been paying out of my own pocket, this would have infuriated me.
"Josh" did a good job of taking a large sectional apart and putting it back together. He slacked most of the other time he was here and spent a lot of time talking on the phone. He also pulled the "ram board," I think they call it, that they walk on, before the job was even done. He left a section of it under the refrigerator and left the sliders under the fridge, so it would not roll. It took Cedric, Charles, plus Josie to work the fridge out and correct the issue.
I believe it was just easier to do that instead of bringing boxes into the house and unpacking them, and he was into easy.
"John," while nice, spent a lot of time talking instead of working. He spent a lot of time looking busy.
"Cedric" was by far the best of her team; he worked without stopping between breaks, and he had a great attitude. "Charles" also worked well... not as good as Cedric, but almost as good. If these two are day workers, they deserve a full-time job.

Our emergency water saturation of our wall and floor was scary enough, but knowing that he was able to set us up with fans and dehumidifiers within hours was wonderful. They showed up quickly, on time, and explained they were doing the water/moisture removal, not the repairs. Both guys knew what they were doing and didn’t waste my time. Others where I live used different companies for the water extraction/remediation. They were late showing up, their equipment broke, and they always parked in the wrong spot. I live in a condo and parking spots are guarded like a bank.

Excellent work by Alan and his team. Had to tear out my 10-foot kitchen island due to an interior PVC leak. Fast, efficient, they taped off and covered with plastic any area outside the work zone so no mold contamination would be spread. They cleverly braced my marble countertop to avoid removing it and possibly breaking it. They left me with a skeleton island so I could continue to use my kitchen until the rebuild is completed. The workspace was cleaned of all mold and water. Very pleased, would highly recommend.
