The ServiceMaster team of Scott Clewis and Kenny Blake, and the other Scott, were AMAZING partners to me for the full first floor restoration of my home due to a flood. ServiceMaster literally came on the scene after my first contractor company delayed my restoration process, and I quickly made an exit from them. ServiceMaster picked up the ball and ran with it by giving my situation immediate attention. They delivered what was promised by ensuring full attention to detail, and my house was made whole. Marcos and this company have been the best part of this process. Our water heater leaked, causing water damage to much of our downstairs floors, and Marcos was there at the beginning mitigating it and making sure we have been taken care of each step of the way. He picks up his phone every time I call and stays on top of other people in the process to respond timely as well. Thank you for such great service.

Shannon took the lead in renovation following mole remediation. This was made more difficult because this was an insurance claim. After the repair got started, Shannon worked directly with the insurance company. This meant that everything did not go through me. This relieved my wife and me of a number of headaches. Also, there were a number of constraints placed on the project by the insurance company such as the allotment for tile—finding tile that was within the allowable cost was a challenge. Shannon took all of this in stride. In addition, we wanted certain things such as wallpaper instead of paint. No matter what the obstacle, Shannon was patient and helped us through it. I would strongly recommend Shannon and her group for any home repair or refurbishment.

I highly recommend Service Master Charlotte NC. When Hurricane Helene came through in Sept 2024 and a tree fell on our house and into our master bedroom, I was at a loss of where to turn. I was given Joe's name and I texted him some pictures. Kevin came out and assessed everything and helped work with the insurance company. Once the work started, Scott was in charge. All the crews sent out to do the work from asbestos removal, rafters, drywall, painting, insulation, roofing, gutters, flooring, etc., were great to work with. Communication with Kevin and Scott was always great. They both answered my many questions in a very timely manner. Thanks for helping make this stressful, unplanned situation less stressful.

Overall, very positive experience from the initial response to the senior staff and to all of the subcontractors. The project manager/supervisor team are very well informed and provided a wealth of information throughout the process. Scott, the supervisor, was readily available via phone and text, which was very much appreciated. The only area of improvement is to provide upfront communication and clarification of “deposit” vs “deductible,” to avoid any surprises upon completion. I highly recommend SM.

Our remediation crew chief was Mike. I can’t say enough good things about his leadership and his communication skills. He was consistently in touch with me, providing updates, and he followed through on doing what he said he would do. Mike is a very hard worker, he pays attention to the details, and we felt we were in good hands with him in charge.
Brandon was also incredible! His commitment and care for doing quality work was noticeable. He worked hard every time he came out, and he was extremely thorough. He went above and beyond, and that is so appreciated during a stressful time. Brandon is a huge asset to ServiceMaster and represents them well. We were thankful to have Brandon on our crew.
Marcos was also amazing. He was patient, compassionate, and he did a great job of helping us navigate numerous challenges that we encountered after a pipe leaked.

This company is simply amazing!!!! My upstairs bathroom flooded—who knew water could do sound damage 😬😳. At first, I wanted a personal referral and reached out to a few contractors. When that didn’t work out, I went with the insurance company recommendation and I’m so glad I did!! Y’all, I worked with Kevin and Josh. They reassured me of any fears I had with working with strangers. The whole process was done in such a timely and professional manner; I hate I didn’t just go with them first. But I would definitely recommend, actually I did recommend to a friend whose hot water heater leaked in their attic. If I could give over five stars I would. It wasn’t just about the work but all-around service.

When a massive plumbing disaster struck, our insurance company hired ServiceMaster DSI to manage our mitigation and restoration. Throughout the 3-month period we worked with them, we found them professional, communicative, dependable, and most importantly, did great work rebuilding much of our first floor. Matt from mitigation was a star. Not only was he thorough, he came out at 11 pm one night when things took an unexpected turn. The restoration team, led by Scott Clewis, was first class. Scott was in touch on a daily basis, got his team in quickly, and had an insane attention to detail and memory. Can’t say enough about him. His primary guy on our project, Jeff Jackson, was truly best in class. His work was gorgeous. Finally, Kenny Blake took incredible care of us. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and was incredibly responsive. This was an A+ experience out of a truly horrible situation. We are so grateful for this team of professionals who put us back together. The sincerest thanks!
