I am so grateful for the technicians that came to service my home today (Sunday). Efrain and Alex were professional and courteous, but most of all, efficient. They quickly cleaned, sanitized, and removed the mold infested drywall, insulation, and carpet padding from my basement due to water damage. I was highly impressed with their work; they removed all the debris and disposed of it without making a mess. I will recommend them to all my family and friends!

Eefrin and his team were Godsends! My dad, who has memory issues, closed the drain in his bathroom sink and turned on the water. My mom unknowingly left the house, taking my dad for a day of errands and doctor appointments. We found the situation about 10 hours later. It caused extensive damage in the bathroom, hall, adjoining bedroom; and downstairs the ceiling had caved in and damaged two rooms including furniture, a built-in bookcase, flooring, drywall, and cedar closet paneling. We were completely overwhelmed. We called ServiceMaster, and Eefrin and his team came in and knew exactly what to do. They took out flooring that couldn't be salvaged and set up ingenious systems to dry out what could be saved. He coordinated times to perform daily moisture checks and adjusted systems accordingly to produce the best outcome. He took extensive pictures and wrote up reports for our insurance. He patiently took time to explain things to my mom, myself, and my husband thoroughly answering our questions. I cannot even imagine how anyone could get through something like this without his wonderful help. If you have water damage, I highly recommend the highly skilled professionals at ServiceMaster. Eefrin and his team took so much stress out of a very difficult situation.

ServiceMaster provided outstanding service, and I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and efficiency. They handled everything in a timely and professional manner, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend ServiceMaster as a 5-star company for anyone in need of reliable service. Unfortunately, my experience with Flood Pros (Advantage Kwik-Dry) was the opposite. The technicians were unprofessional, frequently distracted on their phones, and used inappropriate language while in my home. To make matters worse, they moved my belongings without permission and went through my things, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Their lack of professionalism made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. While their phone customer service was decent, their in-person service was 1/10 - unprofessional and disappointing. If you want quality service, choose ServiceMaster. Avoid Flood Pros at all costs; they will only add stress to your situation. Thank you, ServiceMaster, for your excellent service!

Excellent Service Experience
This company has been excellent with service. Jay, the coordinator, and Alex were speedy after a referral was made with an unknown water leak from a faucet that needed to be repaired. It caused water damage/mold. They removed all the water damage that was done as well as treated for mold. Greg made a temporary sink so I was able to continue to cook through after cleanup before repairs were done. So far respectful, compassionate, and excellent managing of this process as of now.
