Incredibly responsive service
ServiceMaster was incredibly responsive when we had an extensive late night plumbing flood in our house. They arrived with all their equipment within a couple of hours. Because of their prompt removal, we had minimal damage. They brought massive dehumidifiers and fans that remained for a few days, during which ServiceMaster technicians came by to monitor and make any adjustments. All the employees we dealt with were professional, kind, helpful, and thorough. They helped us with the insurance claim process. I hope I never need them again, but if we ever have another water emergency, they will be my only call!
