The crew did a good job. For me, it was about being walked through the process. They were not very forthcoming with info unless asked. I have not had a flooded basement before. I was told that the company would get a pod for my stuff if I had nowhere to put it. When I asked, I was told yes they could get one, but it would take a week to get started. I had one the next morning. Nice people, nice crew, looks to be a good job. Just need to be forthcoming with the steps or process of how the job is going to go. I would use again.
