Service Master was the only one that responded
Using Service Master is like no other service in the world. They care about you and your property. They go to great lengths to make sure you are satisfied with the end result. And it's all documented along the way. Very impressive. Imagine a water line break at 5 PM on a Friday afternoon, on the 3rd story of a building. Water runs downhill. Pretty messy. Service Master was the only one that responded. And when Service Master was done, only one piece of equipment was ultimately lost to water damage out of 30 other pieces of equipment that were saved.

Great staff, fantastic job
I've been in the position to have to work with remediation companies quite a bit. After several bad experiences with a previous vendor, I switched to ServiceMasters and will not look back. They've got great staff, did a fantastic job getting us back up after storm damage, and were great working with insurance. I was surprised at how cost-effective they were as well. I only have good things to say about Craig D., who was our GC for all this work. He's a great guy, very caring, puts in the time, and is easy to work with. That's also been my experience with all of the rest of their staff.
