Mitchell did demo work from a kitchen pipe burst with water flowing to the basement. He was here every day checking on the basement walls drying out. He cleaned the area around the pipes and removed some of the kitchen cabinets. He removed wet insulation and sanitized the basement floor. He was extremely thorough and professional. He set a time to arrive each day, and he called when he was 20 minutes out. I absolutely recommend ServiceMaster on Mitchell’s work alone! I don’t want another disaster, but if I have one, ServiceMaster will be called.

Mitchell and Troy were amazing. No other way to put it. Obviously, it was terrible that our house flooded and we had to meet them, but they were top notch. Mitchell was on top of everything from the first day he arrived until the time came that we finally got things cleared up 4 months later. Both he and Troy were easy to get ahold of and clear with me on what to expect as well as likely next steps. I cannot speak highly enough about their professionalism and ability to help my family and me through a pretty difficult time.

I can’t say enough good things about ServiceMaster DSI - Eagan, MN! We had a flood in our condo due to a rupture in a pipe. I have to say that working with this branch of ServiceMaster to do our rebuild and restoration was a breath of fresh air. Our job would be considered a 'smaller job' as we were home when the rupture appeared and were able to mitigate damage. But the flood was harrowing nonetheless. Justen was so patient with answering our questions and returning phone calls. He was far more helpful than our insurance claims person who was new or at least untrained. Justen persisted to get our claim through and set us up for the repair work. Sherrie was a godsend! She coordinated our new drywall installation, insulation, painting, baseboards, and new flooring installations with tremendous skill and courtesy. Hanzel and Hanzel Jr. were incredibly good carpenters, drywallers, and painters and so meticulous. Jeff and Will did an excellent job scraping and preparing our floors and installing new vinyl plank. It was a pleasure to have their expertise and know that our floor was going to be done correctly and it was! And last but not least, Michelle in Accounts Receivable was so easy to work with. She transferred our funds efficiently and so courteously. I would never wish a flood on anyone, but if you do experience what we did, we hope you are privileged enough to get the ServiceMaster teams we worked with. They are excellent!

We had water damage to the kitchen wood floor, basement ceiling tiles, and carpeting. Mitch H., Chad D. were our technicians. They were friendly, helpful, set up drying and dehumidifier machines to remove water. Within two days, our floors and rafters were dry. Mitch and Chad did a great job!

We had some restoration work done by ServiceMaster Restore DSI, 3205 Mike Collins Dr, in Eagan, MN. In 2023, there was a flood at our condo. After the condo was professionally dried and the ruined materials were cleared out, our insurance company gave us the name of one of their 'preferred contractors.' This was ServiceMaster Restore DSI in Eagan, Minnesota. Our experience with them was not good at all… They were deceptive regarding when they could start the project. They said in approximately 6 to 8 weeks. They did not begin work on the condo for 16 weeks. We were told that if we paid for any of the materials needed for the project, we would be reimbursed. We did pay for approximately $1700 worth of materials, and ServiceMaster DSI kept all of the insurance money that was paid to them by our insurance company for themselves. We did not get reimbursed a dime. I made many phone calls and sent emails to try to get this matter resolved, but they really didn’t care to make things right with us. The quality of work was very poor. The new vinyl plank flooring had several places with scratches and small gashes and cuts. They left a hole in the wall in the bathroom when they restored the sheetrock. The ceramic bathroom floor tile was installed with some crooked alignment in places, and the transition strip between the new vinyl flooring and ceramic flooring was not a transition strip at all, but rather a poorly installed skinny strip of metal. They did not replace some of the base trim in the bedroom. Their workmanship regarding mitering the base trim was unacceptable. April 30, 2024 Update: After I left my Google review, I was contacted by ServiceMaster, DSI. The workmanship flaws have been corrected, and I have now been reimbursed for the materials that I had paid for. I appreciate that they reached out to make things right with me, and I have adjusted my rating accordingly. Our sincere thanks to Trevor, with ServiceMaster DSI, for his help to get this matter straightened out.

The last occurrence was a fire - my clients felt very well supported and had peace knowing they were in good hands. A big thing, in my opinion, after a water loss is that ServiceMaster will supply a guaranteed dry! If you sell your home and need to disclose a water loss - you may want to be sure ServiceMaster does the work!

After having a fire at our house nearly two years ago we used ServiceMaster DSI as our contractor to rebuild our house. Being in a state of shock and displaced from our home was stressful enough, but not knowing anything about how we would deal with the insurance company and rebuild our house was an extremely daunting process. With help from Sherrie Sand at DSI we were able to rebuild our home. With her extensive design and construction skills we have rebuilt our home beyond anything I could have imagined. I can’t say enough about having Sherrie as our Project Manager. She was absolutely invaluable! I know our house would not be what it is without her! She was on our side the whole way and made sure that we got what we wanted even if she had to go the extra mile to make it happen! Sherrie kept us on track to make decisions in a timely manner so the house could be completed within about a year's time. Not easy to do during a pandemic and with my slow decision making! All the contractors that DSI used to rebuild our house were all great! They all seemed to have our best interest at heart, and did high-quality work. There are too many people to name but Denny who did our kitchen and bathroom cabinets, stairs and other woodwork in the house was just awesome and did just beautiful work! Mark who did a lot of finishing touches was such a hard worker and did very nice work to help complete our home. Everyone was a pleasure to be around. When a few things didn’t turn out quite right for whatever reason they were on it right away to remedy the issue. We are very pleased with DSI and would highly recommend them if you find yourself in the unfortunate place to need their service.
