Water damage effectively mitigated
The ice maker tubing broke during the night, and I discovered water dripping at a hard rate into the guest room below. My insurance company, Farmer's, recommended ServiceMaster. They were out the next day to document the damage. The following day they came out to start cleanup, drying out what they could and removing and disposing of what could not be salvaged. Once the water damage was mitigated, a ServiceMaster contractor came out to survey and document what needed to be repaired/replaced. Everyone has been very easy to work with, and while the repairs aren’t finished, the wheels have been set in motion quickly and efficiently.
