My 80-year-old father experienced an electrical house fire. Praise God, he woke up and was able to get out of his house; however, the fire was so fast & strong he could not douse it with a fire extinguisher. I live 500 miles from my father, yet Service Master DSI worked successfully with me every single day for six weeks to clean up & organize his home, encapsulate all exposed wood to abate any smoke smell, and now we're ready for rebuild. Also, once my father was able to leave the hospital, everyone from Service Master DSI worked patiently and respectfully with him to sift through to any salvageable possessions. This is our family's first, and hopefully last, fire, but I could not imagine a better group of people to help us through. Thank you, Marco, Renee, Anna, Victor, and so many more.
