My home is better than before
JP and the folks he works with are excellent. I had damage from the hot water heater above my condo sending 40 gallons of water into mine and ServiceMaster did the repairs. My home is better than what it was before the damage! I highly recommend ServiceMaster for any repairs you may need. Communication was great, the repairs were done very well, and everyone was kind. I'm almost sad to have them be done! They made the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026 much smoother than it might've been had another company handled my repairs.

My in-laws had damage to their garage and after putting in a claim with their insurance company, ServiceMaster was selected to do the repairs. They coordinated with me (the chosen family member to be the liaison) throughout the process, and they were very responsive to questions and concerns. They provided dates for the repairs and stuck to them, even the on-site project manager provided his cell phone so we can coordinate. He even provided finishing photographs since I was not in the local area to the project.

They Did a Fantastic Job!
We came home from a vacation to find our home flooded from a leak under the kitchen sink. We called ServiceMaster and they were there within 45 minutes. Andrew and his assistant worked until after midnight to extract the water. After that, work began removing drywall, flooring, all of our possessions and furniture. It took 5 months to get our house put back together. They did a fantastic job! I especially want to recognize Misti Straight and her crew; they worked for a week packing all of our possessions and taking them to be stored and repaired. When the reconstruction was completed, everything was brought back and unpacked. The items that were not destroyed by water were returned without anything being damaged. I would highly recommend them.

We were part of the flood in the Milwaukee area a few weeks ago. We were told by our insurance company that ServiceMaster from Arizona would be in contact with us; we thought, oh boy, here we go, it will take forever. After a few conversations with the office, we had our first appointment, an inspection; then, two days later, they were out to finish what we couldn't. The team of guys came exactly when they said they would, were great, polite, hardworking, and left no mess in the rest of the house. They then returned four days later to pick up all the fans and dehumidifier, and once again were very cautious about how they took them out of the house. Checked everything to make sure it was all dry and explained what we can do going forward. The ladies in the office were very helpful and understanding also. Thank you for making our horrible flood experience a little better. Would highly recommend this team from Phoenix, Arizona!

Completely Satisfied with Service Master
Service Master recently performed a great job in mitigating damage and restoring our home to its pre-existing condition after a bathroom water leak. As with most water damage claims, there was a period of miscommunication between us, the insurance company, the adjuster (who lived across the country), the job supervisors, and, of course, the insured…me. Service Master’s mitigation team arrived less than two hours after we contacted our insurance company and completed drying the area over the next two days. Then the restoration team did their assessment and proposed a tentative schedule to remove and replace the flooring. Once the materials were available, Service Master did a fabulous job of replacing the flooring throughout our home. They moved every piece of furniture, tore out the old, installed the new, and did it in three days. We were very pleased with the speed and quality of work. We are completely satisfied with the skill and professionalism of the Service Master team. The key to the overall job was the site supervisor. He goes by the name of J.P. I think it stands for Just Professional.
