This Should Be Your First Call
Our place of business had an immediate need for clean-up of a biohazard. Other companies offered 24/7 service, but of the four places I called, this was the only company that could deliver on that claim (even though it occurred during normal business hours). Angel responded quickly to my request and understood the urgency. His team showed up within an hour and when they were finished, it was like it never happened. And we were pleasantly surprised that the price was far better than any of the competition. If you find yourself in need of restoration services, this should be your first call.

This is my second review of 5 stars for Tony & Chris. The first one is on the main website. My neighbor had a major water leak and ServiceMaster Restore by All Pro was called out. From my initial contact with Tony & Chris, they were personable, and professional. Tony was thorough in explaining the process, and answered all my questions. Upon picking up the equipment, both were understanding of my concerns. Chris taped up holes in the walls to give me some peace of mind. Great crew!!

Overall Positive Experience
Overall positive experience. They were prompt, easy to communicate with, and got the job done. Fortunately, our job ended up not being as bad as initially expected. My only quibble was with how some of the billing was handled. They sent us an invoice with 3 days of fan use (which is charged by the day), and I responded back that we actually only ended up with 2 days of use. They readjusted it, but then added a $150 fee for an emergency that wasn't present on the initial invoice. When I questioned them on it, they said that it was supposed to be the first invoice, but they forgot to add it. Whatever, I paid it. It's just curious how that all happened... I'll leave it at that.
