I had a water leak from my refrigerator, causing damage to the wood flooring in my kitchen. I contacted ServiceMaster Recovery. They did an excellent job, start to finish. They were prompt and available immediately to help with the process. Lacey was the project manager, and she was kind, professional, and very organized. She communicated often with me, and was always available for questions. I couldn't ask for better service! Vinny and Steven were the techs who removed my damaged flooring and set up the fans and dehumidifier. They were prompt, friendly, helpful, and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

ServiceMaster came and did an outstanding job of cleaning up the mess from the flooding in my basement. They removed the damaged carpet, baseboards, and moved things around to make things easier. They also put multiple fans and dehumidifiers to get the basement dry. They also came back to inspect to see if there were any other issues. Lacy and her team were amazing. They came after the tornado ripped one of our roofs off and had major water damage inside. They removed the impacted materials they found and treated the mold that had started to grow. Then they treated the areas and used massive dehumidifiers to dry out the rest of the rooms. Thank you.

Amazing Job on Smoke Damage Cleanup
John Brooks was very helpful in reaching out to my insurance company, and the other sub-contractors needed to perform some of the cleanup. His crew of Pete, Carrie, and Frank did an amazing job of cleaning up the smoke damage on virtually every surface in the house. They were at the house the same afternoon of the fire, to put in air scrubbers to get the smoke smell removed. They all were very professional, and understood the situation at hand, to get me back into the house in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to use Service Master again if needed, or to recommend them to anyone in need of similar services.
