An amazing job
We had smoke damage throughout our entire house, and the Service Master team did an amazing job outlining what services we needed and getting right to work. The team performed meticulous and careful work removing items that were a loss, rugs that needed cleaning, wiping all objects and surfaces, and then fogging the entire house to remediate the smell. We’re back in our house after a little over a week out and very pleased with the work!

ServiceMaster provided excellent water damage & mold remediation services for our home. Justin was our technician & he was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in the assessment and remediation process. Their comprehensive restoration included water removal, structural drying, dehumidification, demo and mold prevention. They even salvaged some of our stuff that we thought were ruined. Their expertise in working with insurance companies also streamlined the claims process. While the water pipe freezing & subsequent damage to the home was stressful overall, ServiceMaster's prompt and professional service helped us get our home back to normal quickly. I would highly recommend them for your water damage restoration needs.

Highly recommend! Had a major flood and water issue from first-floor laundry. ServiceMaster was contacted, and they showed up immediately to assess and set up a cleanup plan! Guys came out and all were very polite, helpful & friendly! Did a great job removing all of the damages and cleaning up! Set up several fans & dehumidifiers to help dry the affected areas and checked daily. Took out equipment and made sure all areas were cleaned up again! They are currently working with my insurance company to supply notes and photos showing all the damages! They have been such a huge help during a difficult time! The Rochester Manager & the Buffalo Manager have been wonderful to work with! Thank you!

My basement flooded 4" to 7" of water, including sewage water. This crew did a great job of taking pictures of destroyed property and removing all of it. They also removed the sewage deposits crusted on the floor, sprayed disinfectant on the concrete floor, concrete walls, and used a machine with scrubbers on the floor. Finally, put 6 or 7 fans down there running 24 hours to dehumidify the basement. Totally satisfied with ServiceMaster, helping to ease a total disaster into an acceptable outcome.

My living/dining area ceiling fell down, and I had drywall and insulation all over the room. Servicemaster came in and cleaned up all the insulation and drywall. They did a very thorough job of cleanup, including my furniture. I was very happy with the job.
