ServiceMaster Quality Restore Garden City, ID, provided excellent service in an urgent situation. Initial contact began on a holiday. Within 2 hours, the technician was at my house assessing and addressing the problem. Overall, the project was completed within a reasonable period of time and involved multiple stages and personnel. The ServiceMaster team were all professional, competent, pleasant, communicative, and responsive. The project performance exceeded my expectations, and with a reasonable cost. Reed from ServiceMaster and his team are amazing! We had a rental issue with mold and a shower that needed to be completely rebuilt from the ground up. Reed and his team are extremely communicative and professional. They worked in a timely manner to make sure all the mold was taken care of as well as making sure the bathroom looked great for our renters. I can't thank ServiceMaster, Reed, and the rest of his crew enough for the great work that they did assessing, repairing, and remediating a sewer leak that occurred under my house just weeks before the 4th of July holiday. Discovery of the leak happened after hours on a Friday night. By 9 a.m. the next morning, the pipe was repaired, and fans were going to dry out the area. Within approximately a week, everything was remediated and repaired. ServiceMaster went above and beyond to make sure there was as little disruption as possible. All of the skilled workmen that came onsite were respectful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I would definitely recommend ServiceMaster and will personally use them again.

Reed Peterman and his team worked with my insurance to provide an updated master bath after our water damage claim. He was meticulous with the details, helping to make sure I got the beautiful bathroom I wanted at a cost I could afford. He was key in facilitating communication with our claims adjuster and with both his and my chosen subcontractors. He worked with me to carefully select the things I wanted, like custom cabinets, a beautiful standalone tub, a glass-surround shower, and excellent plumbing/installation ... while helping me shave costs on tile flooring, clearance sinks, and a gorgeous remnant dolomite countertop. He responded instantly when I had any question or concern, and he kept the project moving forward. I really love my new bathroom!

We had a laundry room flood that creeped out under a wall to our hardwood floors. We got a referral from a family member for Reed at ServiceMasters, so we called them, and they sent someone out that same day to start drying things. Because the hardwood floors were impossible to match, it took a lot of attempts to try and match it. Our insurance finally approved replacing the entire floor. It took a while, but today it looks awesome. The time spent was well worth it. We are grateful to ServiceMasters for all their hard work in getting us back to normal.

Reed came by and located an area on the roof that had not been sealed properly, then had his drywaller come by and repair the ceiling. Two coats of primer/paint and I was good to go in less than a week. Highly recommend them for any work.

Quick call to ServiceMaster and they came out the same day, assessed the issue and took care of us at a cost no other company in town came remotely close to. Beyond fixing the leak, we hired them for remodel and repair work throughout the house. All of their employees were professional and very responsive. They have even followed up several times after the completion of the job to be sure we are satisfied with their work.
