Highly Recommend Working With Leo’s Team
My husband and I had a really great experience with ServiceMaster. We worked specifically with Leo and his team. After having water intrusion in our basement, we were left with mold on the walls and under the floors. I reached out to three vendors, and Leo quickly got back to me with a price that felt fair, considering how expensive mold remediation can be. We were recommended to use a third-party environmental tester for the mold, and Leo’s team quickly got started after our initial testing. Leo was responsive and overly communicated, so we were always in the loop on findings and updating the timeline of completion. The staff who worked in our basement were friendly, and even though we work from home, we had no disturbances. After our first post-testing came back with traces of mold, they did additional air cleaning, and the second post-testing showed everything was clear. We highly recommend working with ServiceMaster and Leo’s team for efficient communication, timely service, and competitive pricing.
