Service Master was so professional and really helped alleviate the stress of water damage. I had my water heater leak and by the time I realized it, I had water in the basement, in my hallway, and bedroom. I contacted Scott and he arranged to have them come to my home in Le Mars. They were so professional and helpful. Scott worked with me on the price (which was so appreciated). The gentlemen that came to my home went above and beyond as well. We went through a house fire and ServiceMaster of Sooland was prompt with their service without being pushy salespeople. They listened to my wants and needs during this stressful time and focused on those instead of forcing their way into business with me as some other local competitors did. I felt safe leaving them in my house unattended. They took extra special care of my dogs who were in the house with them sometimes. :) My house was cleaned from top to bottom to remove the smoke smell and my house has literally never been this clean. Very prompt service and timeline expectations were met to get me back into my home as quickly as possible. The steps of mitigation were explained to me thoroughly and any deviations from the plan were explained up front before any changes were made. Communication was excellent! We were close to closing on our house and they were able to assist with the cleanup process so that we could still sell our house in less than two weeks!
