Robert (Robbie) Hamilton and his team at ServiceMaster of Richmond were incredible. He made a difficult incident (significant water damage) manageable and provided comfort and reassurance. He kept me updated on everything happening with daily texts and phone calls and, in some cases, went beyond what would be expected to make this incident bearable.
