They are the BEST in Verde Valley for quality service, expert assessment, and a thorough, expedient job done correctly. The ServiceMaster of Prescott team came to the rescue within a few hours after a shocking hidden water leak and mold discovery in the kitchen. I spoke with their very kind owner, Eppie. He assigned Jeremy, his head Service Technician, to investigate the situation that day. Jeremy arrived within 2 hours with a huge amount of Aloha Spirit, courtesy, empathy, and professionalism. He offered an expert analysis on the findings and conditions, determining the immediate steps to take. The ServiceMaster Team—David, Harrison, Roy, and Zach—arrived the next day to start water mitigation then mold remediation. Harrison and their Project Manager, David, were incredibly helpful and meticulous on the project work. They communicated updates, addressed questions, and notified me before entering, leaving, and securing the house. The entire crew was on time, polite, compassionate, and respectful of my property. The home office administrative staff equally matched the mitigation and restoration crew’s stellar service. It was a joy to work with Beth and Karen in the office. They dialed in the billing and scheduling seamlessly. An Operations Manager from Enviro Check Phoenix was scheduled by ServiceMaster to conduct the final mold analysis…and my kitchen passed right away! I told Beth even though the situation was upsetting, working with her and ServiceMaster Prescott made it a much easier experience! Everyone was extremely supportive from start to finish. I'm SO thankful I called this company; it is worth the investment and peace of mind. Thank you TEAM!

We had a case of residential mold that had been in place for a year but was somewhat contained. Jeremy of ServiceMaster Prescott was our first point of contact, and he was pleasant and professional. Subsequently, Roy then did the majority of the work and was at our home day after day for the lengthy treatment period. I had an emergency in one of my buildings that needed immediate attention. They were able to get someone out the same day to give us a quote and were able to begin work the very next day. I was so impressed that they actually treated the water damage and mold issues with the proper precautions to ensure it was fully contained during the entire remediation and restoration project. They even were able to work around my building's difficult schedule to ensure disruption to our schedule was minimized. I cannot recommend their services enough. This was by far the most thorough and quick remediation service I have ever used.

Hot water heater leaked then blew. Created mold and water damage. Affected master bath, master closet, tub shower, and office area in kitchen. We had to pack everything in those areas. Service Master supplied the boxes, tape, and even got a shipping container, which they loaded all the boxes into. Tear down had to be done: walls, tub shower, subfloor, and mold on floor beams. Ripped out in 2 days. Then drying equipment for 4 days. Eppie, the owner, met with us to discuss rebuild. He estimates one more week or so. We can't say enough good about their service!

Within a day, Jeremy showed up, scoped out the water damage, and drew up a plan. Before I knew it, there were 13 fans and a dehumidifier in my bathroom and bedrooms. WOW! What a company!! On time, clean, professional, and most of all HAPPY! When disaster struck my home due to the backup of a drain, ServiceMaster of Prescott was there within an hour of calling. Extracted the water, had drywall out, and dried our home within a few hours of being there. You could tell they take pride in how clean they leave a job, spotless... if drywall wasn't missing you wouldn't even know they did demolition to our home. With a drying time of 2.5 weeks or so, they had to come and check every day or every other day - they showed up and were there when they said they would be! COMMUNICATION was amazing from all their guys! Hands down best in town!! Would recommend time and time again!
