I felt very comfortable with the suggested course of action to fix our home. I felt they were fair and acted quickly to make sure they took the least invasive, but still effective course of action to restore our home. Purchased a house in New Smyrna Beach and there were no red flags after our mold inspection. However, when replacing some laminate flooring a few months later, some mold was found on the floor of a room adjacent to a bathroom that had prior evidence of drywall repair. New mold test of house pointed to a problem with only that room. While other companies tried to engage us in whole house treatment (and reach the limit cost-wise of insurance coverage for such an event), the folks at ServiceMaster Restore focused on the problem (after their own evaluation) and provided the best quote of three companies engaged to deal with the problem. Erin came to our house the same day we contacted the company and within 24 hours of agreeing to the work, Tommy and Luis visited to initiate treatments for two rooms. The folks at ServiceMaster Restore quickly respond, are unobtrusive and, in general, exceptional to work with. The little bit of experience we now have with mold remediation has taught us that some companies may be hustling, trying their best to extract maximum $$ to the limit of insurance coverage for work that is not evidence-based. Also, we had to wait 4-7 days for two other quotes while ServiceMaster Restore provided a quote the same day as their first visit. My wife and I highly recommend you consider ServiceMaster Restore for work needed at your home.
