Always 'got the job done'
Service Master of Fort Collins and Loveland have been responsive, courteous, and always 'got the job done.' We have used them 3 different times now over the past 3 years on different properties, and they are a voice of pragmatism in (occasionally) stressful situations. They manage to finesse the delicate balance between a timely response and minimizing damage to personal property, which can be difficult in the 'heat of battle.' Kody, Destiny, and Westin were the most recent leads on our projects and were calm, competent, and professional. Would highly recommend.

I can't say enough about Service Master! I wish I could give them more stars! This is a long review because we had a huge job and worked with so many people during our rebuild. We had a house fire in the garage due to a lawn mower battery. The garage was totally destroyed and the smoke had traveled up into our attic and also into the walls of the house resulting in our home having to be demoed to the studs and even the whole roof replaced (trusses and all!) We were devastated. All we wanted was for our house to be rebuilt back to exactly the way it was so when we walked into the end result, it would be like deja vu. The team at Service Master did exactly this for us and made a horrible life experience better and pleasantly manageable. Greg Guest took care of us in the beginning of our project for the demo portion. At this point, my husband and I were still in a real state of shock and being overwhelmed. Greg was super kind and compassionate! His demeanor was amazing! Such great soft skills in helping us understand things. Not only was he knowledgeable about everything we were going through but he also cared and it showed. Scott Biskup was the most skilled, talented, detailed, considerate, and knowledgeable person we could have ever asked for for the rebuild portion. We were truly blessed to have had him take total control of our project and give us that deja vu moment I mentioned earlier! Scott took the time to explain everything to me right down to small details. He was great at explaining in a way that's translated from 'contractor/builder' lingo to a way that is in layman's terms and easy to understand. He sat with me and answered all of my questions until I had no more and he could tell when an answer was confusing and he'd back up and go over it again for me. Scott is also amazing at wearing the many hats of managing a project! Even the subcontractors chosen were wonderful! Always very polite, detail-oriented and took care of our home and acted as if it were their own. Our house actually feels more 'solid' than it was before our fire! I was also very impressed with the openness of communication between Scott and our insurance adjuster. They had wonderful communication throughout the project and worked hard, and succeeded at keeping us below budget! WONDERFUL!!!! Towards the end, for the finishes, we worked most frequently with DJ and Chuck who were very friendly, paid attention to detail and are just plain amazing at what they do! They have a great range of skills and they completed each task with extreme pride in workmanship. They too would ask me if I had questions before they would leave the house for the day and make sure that there was nothing else that we needed done that day. For the business side of Service Master, Jake, who answers the phone, was always very personable, polite, and remembered who I was by name. Super nice guy! Sharon in accounting was also great to work with. She was always quick to respond to emails and always to the point letting me know about the finances of our project. Another thing about our experience with Service Master is that they weren't just in it for the money. They were concerned for the project as a whole and for me and my husband as people, not just a job. They didn't constantly hound us regarding payments. They fully understood that working with the mortgage and insurance companies and getting disbursements isn't always a quick process. The team at Service Master made a horrible situation much better! Our home was rebuilt for us, and we had the best team ever helping us along the way. This is for the business ServiceMaster Restore of Fort Collins and Loveland.

I couldn't have imagined a more smooth, expert, and respectful experience when I just had an unexpected water loss. I am blown away by this company. First, the mitigation team was excellent under Travis's leadership, and they came in and corrected a whole bunch of stuff that an initial mitigation company screwed up. They really saved me - I would have had a ton of future problems. Then, the rebuild team under Scott's guidance was incredible, and Scott himself was the best GC I could have imagined - he answered every question, oversaw every step of the way, and went above and beyond in helping me as a homeowner with advice and direction about a few other issues that weren't even part of this claim. He was immediately responsive on texts and phone calls, and the whole team and every subcontractor was professional and treated my home as they would their own. No one wants to go through a claim like this (lost half the kitchen, the hardwood floors, the basement walls, wet bar and carpet, etc. etc.) but the repair was as positive an experience as possible.
