The team from ServiceMaster Crystal River is phenomenal. I want to specifically give a shout out to Daniel & Kieron. We had a leak in our two-story home that flooded the first floor and the ceiling on the first floor collapsed in the kitchen, family room, and dining room. We tried to use the local ServiceMaster team but they were tied up with other projects. They recommended we reach out to the Crystal River team to help us. Daniel and Kieron had to drive two hours one way every day for almost 10 days to get our home dried out and ready for repairs. Even though the drive was long, they showed up every day with a smile like they were local to us. They did the normal day-to-day work of dealing with the humidifiers and blowers, but more importantly, they were excellent at cleaning up the mess every day. They swept and cleaned constantly. We were very impressed with their attention to detail. I highly recommend this team!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with ServiceMaster Restore of Crystal River for water damage restoration. From the moment we contacted them, their professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise were clear. We were dealing with significant water damage after an upstairs air conditioning leak, and they arrived quickly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and immediately got to work. My homeowner's insurance would not cover any of the cost and ServiceMaster took that into account during their estimate which was above and beyond.
Their team was not only knowledgeable and efficient, but also incredibly respectful of our home and belongings. They explained every step of the restoration process, kept us updated daily, and went above and beyond to ensure our home was safe, dry, and fully restored. They used high-tech equipment, dried everything out completely, and even helped with mold prevention. My personal thanks to Zach, Phillip, Mullens, Demarcus, Dan, Dee, Tracy, and Tyler - an outstanding team.

Thoroughly Addressed the Problem
Thank you so much for the fine service on Friday, May 16, 2025, that Dee provided in cleaning of our family room furniture! The sofa, love seat, and chairs are all recliners. We have two female and one male cat. All are spayed and neutered. So needless to say, the fur is always abundant even after vacuuming. Unfortunately, our male cat is going through a time where he has been urinating inappropriately. Even after cleaning with enzyme cleaner and using our little green steam cleaner, we have been unable to deter him. It was time to call in the experts with the powerful equipment to thoroughly address this problem. Thank you, Dee! I have great respect for you, your attention to detail and your work ethic!
