He explained everything clearly, stayed in touch throughout the process, and worked directly with our insurance. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and left the place spotless. Handled everything with our insurance
We used ServiceMaster for some water damage we acquired from our toilets. We used them for both the water mitigation and restoration. The initial step was taken care of fast and proper. They were there ASAP to dry up the water and rip out the damaged items. The restoration part was nice as well. John, the foreman, was very nice, professional, and patient. He answered every email (God love him) diligently and was always professional and considerate with his tone. He handled everything with our homeowners insurance, making sure everything was done properly and covered. If I could give half stars, I would give this company 4 1/2 ☆'s. Missing only half a star due to some imperfections... but I've lived long enough to know that nothing is ever perfect... but you do need something for which to strive. I would recommend this service to others. When it was all said and done, it was a good experience. Thanks to all the divisions at ServiceMaster.
