Derek responded to my frantic call and sent his team over immediately! They began a water leak remediation within an hour of my call. TJ, Josh, Adam, and Alex came to my house every day to monitor the moisture level pre- and post-floor removal! We are all set for repair after a successful remediation process. Mitigation has been the easiest process
Josh was an absolute dream to work with. He kept me informed every step. He had the code to my house and would come and go as needed. The house was uninhabitable due to major water damage.
I wish he could be the project manager for the rebuild, because the mitigation has been by far the easiest process so far.
