Fantastic experience top-to-bottom. Called them up early on a Monday when we had an overnight leak flooding our upstairs hallway and their office crew jumped on it. Brian and his crew arrived quickly, handled everything professionally for the immediate mitigation, and then handled the small demolition and ventilation we needed. Office staff were great, mitigation crew were great, high recommendation for anyone who needs quick mitigation services.

I cannot recommend the team at ServiceMaster more sincerely. We called them with an emergency (there was exposed sewage in our crawl space), and they came to the house within hours. The team that we worked with was Marcos and Elmer. They were professional, incredibly hard-working, kind, and of the highest integrity. Like most people, our experience with ServiceMaster was the result of an unforeseen emergency. It would have been easy for SM to take advantage of our distress by overcharging us, or doing shoddy work, or treating us unkindly, but they were fantastic. Our call was answered immediately by a local technician well-versed in the problem we experienced. They dispatched a crew immediately to assess the damage, and began remediation work right on our schedule, to the hour. Their on-site crew was professional, efficient, friendly, and sympathetic. They seemed to genuinely care about our predicament and getting us back on our feet as quickly as possible. Their work was excellent. Amazingly, the work required was less than the original estimate (though we had no way of really knowing that), so they reduced their bill accordingly, and without our knowledge. Finally, they waited to bill us until they had confirmed we had received payment from our insurance company. You'd think that for service like that they would have been the most expensive, but they might have been the least-expensive (by a little) of the three bids we received. In short, they treated us like they really cared about us. I can't recommend them highly enough, and would use them again any time.

The whole team was wonderful! From set up with Jake to having Carlos and Brandon come and clean the sewage mess in my basement. Carlos explained everything they were doing and provided pictures for me after the work was done. As I am in a wheelchair, I cannot get down there. ServiceMaster was incredibly helpful after we had a great deal of water damage in our kitchen and basement (from a leaking hose on our dishwasher). Our homeowner's insurance company arranged for ServiceMaster to come out and assess the damages and assist with the cleanup/dry-out process. ServiceMaster came to our home promptly the same day we spoke with our insurance company. Marcos and Carlos were very courteous and respectful. They were careful when moving our items and were very pleasant to have in the home as they worked and drew up a plan for the dry-out. Carlos and Brayaan spent two days in our home doing the dry-out and cleanup process. They were great to work with and explained what was happening each step of the way. They also helped us by referring us to a contractor for the rebuild who is also able to work with our insurance company. Tom, Project Manager, was also wonderful. He came to our home a few times during the process, and he was very easy to work with. We really appreciate this team and are grateful for their help.
