The project manager, Reid, along with his team—Dakota, Isaiah, and Ben—promptly traveled from Athens and maintained clear, consistent communication throughout the process. The team carefully displaced items in preparation for reconstruction and willingly discarded waste. Reid even followed up afterward for a post-mitigation check-in. Broken toilet water supply line and flooded my second floor onto my first floor. Thankfully my insurance recommended these guys and they did an amazing job with the drying, demo process, repairing and refinishing. The team over at ServiceMaster really came through in a pinch. Mold is a very time-sensitive problem and requires fast attention. When I called the office, I explained the nature of my problem, and Dawn knew exactly who to send me to. Lafe came out to inspect the issue so fast I couldn’t believe it and told me what the next steps would be. More importantly, he assured my tenants that they were safe and that I was doing everything I could to take care of them and the problem. Andy came out and did the work in a clean, workmanlike manner, and my tenant was so happy with the communication, the speed, and the follow-through. Lafe contacted me the day I called. He also came by my house the same day. Lafe explained to me what needed to be done to fix my problem. He was very respectful and professional. I felt confident that he was not taking advantage of me. Lafe sent the estimate to me and after I approved the work, he had someone contact me in a quick response. Craig was the man that contacted me, and he even went and picked up the new vanity. He was upfront about what it was going to cost. Craig was respectful. I had to run an errand and felt confident I could leave him in my house alone, and that is something I would not do with most contractors. I would highly recommend Lafe and Craig with your company. After the hurricane came through Evans, GA, we didn't know what to do with the damage to our house. The master bedroom and closet were damaged as well as another bedroom.
