Roy and his crew at ServiceMaster did an exceptional job dealing with damage to our house. They were quick to respond to our emergency, knowledgeable, and honest. They worked well with our home insurance company, providing all details needed for the claim. They were available whenever we had questions and got back to us right away. We felt that they took exceptional care to clean up our home when cleaning up a water leak. They will be my first call if something like this happens again.

They were great from the very first phone call after we had a pipe leak and water damage. Came out immediately and got things taken care of. Thor and his crew were great! Super knowledgeable and so polite. Communication was excellent. Thor kept in contact and was here at the exact time he said for multiple days. Left no mess even after having to remove drywall and flooring. Would never use anyone else should we have another problem like this.

So it all started one night. The washing machine decided to explode and flood my downstairs. I called my insurance around 10 pm, and they sent ServiceMaster out. They were at my door by 10:45, and they came in and were very pleasant to work with. Brandon and Thor checked every area and even went into my crawlspace. They sucked up all the water and set up fans and a dehumidifier. The next day they came back, and they had talked to my insurance and removed drywall and flooring. They made everything pleasant and communicated over every step. Love these guys; they are awesome.

The professionals from ServiceMaster responded promptly and were able to quickly clean up the water issue and dry out my space. I was disappointed when they left that there was a big wet spot on the carpet they missed. Must have been where their machine was sitting. Otherwise, they did a good job and I would definitely consider hiring them again in the future.
