Had a water leak in an exterior wall behind some built-in cabinetry. ServiceMaster remediated the water, built a temp structure outside to take siding off for water remediation, and then repaired all of those deconstructions. ServiceMaster to the rescue!! Walked in to work this morning to discover a flooded storage room (and part of our training room) from a neighboring business leak. Luke sent a team over within an hour of contacting them. Ruiz and Graeme quickly started helping us relocate the contents of the room and then extracting the water. Poor Ian was caught in the middle of a nightmare with the property management company. It was a stressful morning leading into the afternoon, but Ian was a professional through and through! Remarkably good, efficient service
We had the unfortunate luck of having the city sewer main back up into the basement of a commercial building we own. I called ServiceMaster, and they came out within an hour to assess the situation and give me a rough estimate of costs. They were able to start work the very next morning, which was a huge relief to me and to my office tenants, who were unable to occupy the building because of the stench. The clean-up team arrived promptly as agreed and did an excellent job. They were extremely thorough, were remarkably cheerful in the process, and respectful of all of the belongings that had to be first moved out, then sanitized, and then moved back in. Everything was done exactly as promised, and my tenants only missed 2 days of occupancy—the day the sewage flooded the basement, and the one full day it took to clean and sanitize the space. It was remarkably good, efficient service.

When our refrigerator flooded our kitchen and our wood floors were ruined, we felt overwhelmed. Jeremy was in right away with multiple heavy-duty fans and dehumidifiers. Flooring was pulled up, cabinets were removed carefully and quickly. They were unpacked (and repacked later). Everything moved so smoothly we were quite shocked. The dismay turned into confidence in the work that was going on. Mark got them so clean
This review is for Mark. After living on my patio for 4 years waiting for the property manager and property owner to remediate the duplex after us being sick for 13 years and subsequently finding out it was a meth lab house, and that is why we were so sick and our cats were mysteriously dying... My indoor/outdoor rug and smaller area rugs were pretty dirty, and full of cat hair. Mark got them so clean I forgot how vibrant the colors actually were. Came quickly and tore down damaged ceiling
We had ServiceMaster come after pipes in our ceiling leaked. They came quickly and tore down and removed the damaged ceiling and insulation and spent the next two weeks drying out the space. They worked efficiently and were friendly and helpful, answering our questions.
