ServiceMaster was so helpful in making things easy and highly professional. After my dad's passing, his home hot water heater failed, and the ceiling caved in on the entire living room. ServiceMaster coordinated the mitigation and worked with State Farm to file all insurance claims and work. At the most difficult time to deal with such a terrible situation, ServiceMaster was a Godsend. Would recommend highly to anyone!

I wanted to thank ServiceMaster for coming to my rescue when my water heater flooded major parts of my home in July 2023. ServiceMaster came in and took over!! I remembered feeling so overwhelmed but Errol and Charles talked to me and immediately went to work cleaning and removing water-soaked ceilings and carpets. They also helped me navigate with the insurance adjuster. I have used ServiceMaster once years ago and had a very good experience; that’s why I called them this time, and their service and work ethic is superior!! A nice gentleman named Cleo showed up to my house and took very good care of me. He had to do a moisture check, but luckily everything was dry. I highly recommend this company and especially Cleo. He was very nice and professional. He even played with my dog.
