ServiceMaster RESCUED US. Jackie, Viviana, Carlos, Cristian, Ozzie, and Efrain were great, effective, empathetic, and made this unexpected situation as painless as possible. My wife and I experienced a sudden and significant water damage incident in our kitchen. We initially reached out to the first 'high-rated' mitigation company we found online for the El Centro area and began the mitigation and drying process with them.
During the first couple of days, I noticed some practices that didn’t seem right. I found them evasive when I asked questions and generally not very communicative. Then, my plumber—who repaired the root cause and observed what I was experiencing during the initial restoration—recommended ServiceMaster Critical Recovery and connected me with them.
Within minutes, Jonathan, the owner, reached out and came to our house the same day with a crew member to assess the situation. What a Good Choice It Was
Coming home and finding a flood in our house was very disturbing. It was late on a weekend night when we called ServiceMaster of Yuma. What a good choice it was. They had a connection where we could stay that night and as long as we needed. The broken hose under the sink had flooded the kitchen while we were away on vacation. Mold had started by the time we arrived home. Immediately after the “tear down” was completed at my home, I asked what I could do to express how impressed the professionalism and concern that was demonstrated by the team that was assigned to remediate the damage that was caused by A/C water condensation. It was clear that the organization has performed this type of remediation and were able to determine the extent of damage quickly. There was someone at our home the same day from ServiceMaster. My husband and I appreciate how quickly the fans were deployed and walls came down. The only delay was due to the fact that we have an older home and asbestos testing was performed. As soon as it was determined that our house did not have asbestos, there was no delay in the process. Plastic was used to close doorways and to protect us from the construction. They were truly concerned about our welfare.

Jonathan from ServiceMaster has great customer skills and is knowledgeable on managing claims. They handled my insurance claim and helped me with a supplemental needed after the insurance stated the amount to fix my roof damage. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because the entire process took a few months before they were able to start working on my roof. In addition, roofing personnel showed up at my address without previous notice. Overall, pleased with the work and service done by ServiceMaster.
