If you ever have any kind of water overflow please contact ServiceMaster. They are absolutely the best. Daniel was our first technician that came and placed equipment to dry our home out. He explained to us everything he was doing—very caring and dedicated. Then Eric, the second technician, came to start the process of getting our home dried. He was with us through the whole process. I was so overwhelmed, and he gave me peace just when I needed it. He kept us informed on everything he found and what had to be done. He worked very hard to make sure our home was completely dried out inside and under our house. He is very dedicated and did an outstanding job. Thank you, Eric. I came back to edit my post because I wanted to say thank you to Daniel. Both of these men deserve to be commended.

In our last hurricane, I had some water damage to my garage. My insurance sent out ServiceMaster. I spoke with Chris Ward as he handled my claim. Chris truly went above and beyond to get my home taken care of. I am a healthcare worker so my schedule is not flexible, but he was so accommodating! Any concern or question I had, he was able to answer on the spot! He arranged the crew that moved my items, the demolition crew, the pod they were stored in, you name it, he got it done! If you have any damage related to water at all, I suggest that you call them, and be sure to ask for Martin or Daniel. These guys went above and beyond mitigation and identified hidden issues, made corrections, and always kept me informed of what was going on in the process. In our rural community in Southeastern North Carolina, when conducting business, we value truth, integrity, and professionalism, and that's just what they gave us at Service Master.
