Very pleased with the quick response. Talked to Heather at 4 AM and she and Bryan were here at 6:30 AM and came from Akron, which is about a 50-mile trip. They were well organized, concerned, and were done around 9 AM. Bryan came the next day and detailed what will be done to complete the mitigation. Erik and his crew followed and did a very good job and did their job as if it was their house.

Connie, Dan, Tara, Roxy, and crew were amazing! This team was efficient, hard-working, friendly, and honest. This team treated us the way they would want to be treated. They packed the stuff as if it was their own. They were careful. They asked questions if needed to be asked. They even found money and some gift cards and brought them to us. Some people might have taken that money and just slipped it into their pocket, but not this group. They were phenomenal. Five stars is well earned. If I could give them more I would.

SO happy with my experience with this team! Thanks to Akron's outdated sewer system, we had over six inches of backup in our basement from the storms. We tried to move a lot of our stuff out and sanitize it ourselves, but it was just too much. Tim was really helpful and informative when he came out to do the inspection. Got us scheduled for the next day. The team that came out (Dan, Nathan, Ryan) was very kind and fun to chat with. Took me downstairs to show me the work that had been done and answered any questions I had. And the price was reasonable, too. Would definitely recommend!

ServiceMaster came to the rescue after heavy rain caused our septic tank to overflow into our basement. Despite the high volume of need after the storm, they were able to send Tim to our home for an assessment and estimate the next day. Tim got a crew consisting of Daniel and Todd to our home that same day to start the cleaning, sanitizing, and drying process. The same crew checked on the progress of our basement daily before determining the job was complete. Tim, Daniel, and Todd were professional, efficient, thorough, and courteous. The price was fair, and the results were incredible. I am certain our basement has never been cleaner! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Service Master team responded quickly
We had a little mess due to a main sewage drain that backed up some nasty stuff in a section of our basement. The Service Master team responded quickly to my call and showed up to clean our mess later the same day. Their job was thorough and they were done in about an hour. If I had any suggestion, it would be that they should leave the floor less wet when they were done. Don’t get me wrong, there were no puddles, but it was more than damp. Maybe that was required for the amount of disinfectant they used. Everything dried up after about 8 hrs of using a box fan to move the air.

I am so impressed with ServiceMaster's overall customer care and service from start to finish! Our residential sump pump failed a few days before Easter, and from the time we called, multiple team members were at my home within the hour. They remediated all of the water that was flowing throughout my basement quickly and with such care for our belongings. They came back each day for the next three days to monitor the moisture levels, sanitize, and made certain the walls and cabinetry were completely dry before removing any equipment.
